In these special drumming intensive, Marla will explore:
- Frame Drumming in upright and lap style playing.
- Traditional Middle Eastern and Sufi Rhythms.
- Moroccan & Ghanaian Drumming & Rhythms.
- Introduction to Solkattu (South Indian Rhythmic Vocalization).
- How to easily improvise in all meters.
- How to notate for hand drums.
- Gentle Yoga stretches to prepare your body for drumming.
